Welcome
Sydney Women's Baseball League (SWBL) offers women a social and friendly baseball competition. Now in its sixteenth season,
SWBL is the longest running womens baseball league in the Sydney metropolitan area, run
by women for women.
SWBL caters for players of all skill levels and sporting backgrounds. Some of our members have played previously, and some have never picked up a ball. SWBL provides training and skills sessions throughout the season.
If you would like to join the league, but don't want to play, perhaps you might be interested in being a coach, scorer or umpire.

We play nice
Sydney Womens Baseball League (SWBL) provides a safe, fun and harmonious community for all members, cheer squads, families and friends. As such, we consider bullying, harassment and discrimination unacceptable. We take very seriously our duty of care obligations to the SWBL community.
Weve instituted this Code of Conduct to help strengthen our community and prevent any misunderstanding or misinterpretations of whats meant by playing nice. We encourage you to give it a read and make sure youre clear about how we do things here at SWBL.
Code of Conduct
As a member of the Sydney Womens Baseball League, I agree wholeheartedly with the following statements:
When a breach occurs, it must be reported to the SWBL Committee within 7 days. Please understand that the Committee reserves the right to remove any member of the League from the competition should a breach occur. (So its in everyones best interest to play nice, all the time.)
