Grounds
Games are held at the Moore Park sports grounds (across
the road from the Entertainment Quarter on the corner
of Robertson Road).
Insurance Claims
Your SWBL insurance covers medical, accidents and loss of income. If
you are injured during a game you need to download a claim form from
http://www.nswjuniorbaseball.com.au. Look under library |
insurance | accident claim pack and follow the instructions.
You must submit your claim within 120 days of the accident. Further
info can be obtained from the President.
Wet weather
Don't make the mistake of assuming that just because it’s raining the
games will be called off. We’re HARD CORE here at SWBL and we do play
in the rain. Unless it’s torrential!
A game will be cancelled only if the ground is deemed unsafe or
there is very heavy rain or storm-like conditions. Acts of God also apply.

Every week there are tasks that have to get done. The fairest way of
ensuring each team does their share of duties is the fine system. Please
ensure you are familiar with the system and your team responsibilities.

Game umpires will be organised by the teams allocated
the duty. The draw includes the roster for each team
to provide plate & base umpires for all games. Any
team failing to provide a base umpire will be penalised
with loss of points under the fines
system.
